Er ist derzeit der Pr\u00e4sident der Japanischen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Wald-Medizin, die 2007 gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Dr. Li hat eine Reihe von Experimenten durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Auswirkungen von Waldbaden auf unsere Stimmung, Stress und das Immunsystem zu testen.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Qing Li\u2019s Tipps f\u00fcrs Waldbaden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Machen Sie einen Spazier- oder Wanderplan nach ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Konstitution, d.h. Sie d\u00fcrfen beim Waldbaden nicht m\u00fcde werden.<\/li>\n<li>Bei M\u00fcdigkeit, k\u00f6nnen Sie sich \u00fcberall ausruhen und wiederholt tief ein- und ausatmen.<\/li>\n<li>Bei Durst, ist es empfohlen Wasser oder Tee zu trinken, (beim Planen deines Waldbades daran denken, etwas mitzunehmen).<\/li>\n<li>Wenn Sie den ganzen Tag Zeit haben, sollten Sie mindestens 4 Stunden Waldbaden und dabei zu Fuss etwa 5 Kilometer zur\u00fccklegen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn Sie nur einen halben Tag Waldbaden m\u00f6chten, dann sollten Sie mindestens 2 Stunden im Wald bleiben und etwa 2,5 Kilometer zur\u00fccklegen.<\/li>\n<li>Bitte suchen Sie einen Platz im Wald, der ihnen gef\u00e4llt. Dort k\u00f6nnen Sie einfach sitzen und lesen oder einfach nur die sch\u00f6ne Landschaft geniessen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn Sie m\u00f6chten, nehmen Sie nach dem Waldbaden ein warmes Bad zu Hause.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn Sie ihr Immunsystem steigern wollen (die Anzahl und die Aktivit\u00e4t der Natural-Killerzellen erh\u00f6hen wollen), empfiehlt Dr. Li ein dreit\u00e4giges Waldbad zu nehmen, f\u00fcr 1x im Monat.
