Innerhalb dieses Gremiums wird aktuell beraten, wie Pandemien in Zukunft global geregelt werden sollen. Gleichzeitig werden die Internationalen Gesundheitsvorschriften (IGV) aus dem Jahr 2005 ge\u00e4ndert. Diese Pl\u00e4ne haben massive Auswirkungen auf die nationale Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t der Mitgliedstaaten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details k\u00f6nnen Sie den Beitr\u00e4gen von <a href=\"https:\/\/de.comitans.ch\/blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Philipp Vallat<\/a> entnehmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Am 16.6.2023 hat Lukas Reimann (SVP) seine Motion \u201eWHO. Demokratische Kontrolle durch Volk und Parlament sicherstellen\u201c im Nationalrat eingereicht.<\/p>\n<p>Seit dem 6.9.2023 liegt die Antwort des Bundesrates vor.<\/p>\n<p>Darin erl\u00e4utert der Bundesrat, dass jeder neue v\u00f6lkerrechtliche Vertrag sorgf\u00e4ltig gepr\u00fcft und &#8211; sofern der Bundesrat dies f\u00fcr notwendig erachte &#8211; dem Parlament zur Genehmigung unterbreite und allenfalls dem Referendum unterstelle. Zudem werde der Bundesrat die zust\u00e4ndigen Kommissionen laufend \u00fcber den Verhandlungsfortschritt informieren. Die Pr\u00fcfung durch den Bundesrat k\u00f6nne aber erst nach Abschluss der Verhandlungen (geplant auf Mai 2024) erfolgen, wenn Rechtsnatur und Inhalt bekannt seien.
